I applied through reference and interviewed at KOP office. had three hours of face to face and met panel of different engineers, architects and marketing team.all causal technical talks but nobody testing the job requirement skills. haven't seen real time problem solving or design related questions like other tech companies not sure why. perhaps they have to add in their screening to get the right candidates. I literally wasted my time there and finally they says i am not fit without asking a single question about the job skills. i am in the market for a while and was interviewed with other tech companies in the philly area and most of the them testing my skills with real time problem solving which is missing here and i understand they have a different way to gauge the resource which is unknown
