I filled out an application and I believe it was an intern who called about 3 weeks later with a short phone interview. Shortly after, she called back and said the hiring manager would like to meet me for an in person interview. When I went in, everyone was extremely nice and friendly. I met with someone from HR and a customer service team leader. Both were very nice and the interview was more like a conversation than anything. I left, and I was home for about 10 mins before getting a call offering me the job.

very easy, just had to answer star method questions. It was a two part interview, one over the phone and the other one was over video call with the manager.
