Great experience. Manager was incredibly nice and helpful. Super personable person and asked great questions. Does not make you feel uncomfortable or pressured. I felt very relaxed and happy to answer the questions.

They had me do a virtual interview where I was prompted questions and gave video responses. Mostly about how I work under pressure and handle difficult situations with coworkers/supervisors and customers. After that you take a series of tests that test your competence as well as your personality. Lastly I had 2 calls with upper management that weren't very interview like, more so conversational to make sure I was a good fit for the company and culture.

1 on 1 phone interview was the most down conversation I’ve ever had with a recruiter. None of that hogwash corporatey feel. It was raw. And then we rolled into what I was looking for abc what my history was. Travis is the man! Then I waited for the in house interview. They do a wanderlic test before the interview Longest one I’ve had but then we proceeded into shadowing and I got an offer within a week because some people were on vacation. Great people great atmosphere excellent pay structure
