Entrevista
First, a telephone screening from a recruiter. Next, a face-to-face meeting with the recruiter and direct sales mgr. Final interview, a telephone conference with the direct sales mgr, Ops mgr, and pharmacy mgr. The process/questions were fairly standard. They’re very selective – this position was open ~18 months, (very rare for a sales position). Company culture = definitely not the cheapest vendor - they offer many additional supporting services that help their customers. They feel this always outweighs the higher cost of their products.
