The first stage was a screening call where I spoke with a recruiter. Unfortunately, I had a really poor experience with my interview so I won’t be pursuing this position any further despite the recruiter offering to move me forward to the next stage.
The recruiter was late to our screening call and was pulling up my resume three minutes into the interview - they had no idea what my background was for the role despite reaching out to request the interview, indicating that I was a good fit for it. Throughout the interview, I could constantly hear the pinging sounds of Teams/Slack going on in the background which was quite distracting. At some points, it felt like the recruiter was not even paying attention to me and was talking over my answers. At the end of the interview, I asked a couple of basic questions regarding training/company culture and I didn’t get a proper answer to either of them. However, at that point, I had already made up my mind regarding this experience as I had taken time out of my work day only to have apparently wasted my time.
It is regrettable how badly this interview went and as I am still currently employed, I will definitely continue looking. I came into this interview well-prepared after researching the company/role carefully and was polite throughout the call, so this was quite the surprise. I’ve had my share of interviews over my career and have never had something like this happen before. From the other interviews, it seems that my experience was unique so please take note of that if you are interviewing with the company.
Slowwwwwwww is all I can so. Communication between manager and recruiter was lacking. Still waiting to hear next steps after almost a month after 1st interview. No other negatives besides the sense or urgency is not there.

Very seamless and with friendly recruiting professionals as well. I enjoyed the process from beginning to end, and everything went according to their originally stated timeline and process. There were behavior based questions and also a mock-sale.
