The interview process was pretty straight forward. I was referred by a friend who was in a similar position. I received the referral link from her to apply. A few days later I was contacted by HR to setup a brief phone screening with them. Mostly background questions and why I felt Cardinal would be a good fit for me. After that I met with the Sales Manager who is hiring for the position. We chatted briefly to get to know each other and he then asked me mostly behavioral questions to see if he felt I was a good fit for the role. The third interview was a mock sales call. They give you the material and situation to prepare and you design how you want to pitch the product you are trying to introduce to the facility. The final interview was with the regional director. Similar to the second interview but shorter and with the director. A few hours after the final interview HR called and offered me the position.

Please describe why you believe you are good at sales?
First started with a phone call with a recruiter then a video interview with a hiring manager. I didnt make it past the hiring manager interview, they were looking for someone with a longer tenure in sales even though it was an entry level role.

I had the initial phone interview which went well. I always make it to the second interview due to my sales experience. There was no communication at all from the Talent Acquisition.

Easy and quick. There were 3 interviews. Pay could be better compared to the market. They had us do a project. After offer was accepted they had us do a drug test with a hair test strand.
