Was contacted by a recruiter who asked a few questions and asked if I wanted to submit my resume to the hiring manager (which is what I thought I was doing by applying for the job). Did not hear back. Got an email from a different recruiter asking if I was interested in speaking about this position. I emailed and said I was, but my timeline had changed. Did not get a response.

The recruiter I spoke to was very friendly and I genuinely enjoyed speaking with them, however, in my opinion it’s just always very telling about a company when they don’t even bother to let you know when they aren’t moving forward with your application. I was excited about the prospect of working for this company, even following up via email with the recruiter (and receiving a reply to this follow up email) to thank them for the interview because I was eager and excited about this job. All in all, very disappointing that a company that prides itself on being a caring healthcare group couldn’t even bother to let an applicant know they were pursuing other applicants. It’s not hard, and it’s just incredibly unprofessional.
