As stated in the initial phone conversation that took place prior to setting up your interview, the first initial interview is a "quick meeting" to further discuss the requirements for the position and to all-in-all get to know you better to see if it would be a good match on both ends. Also, we can not pay commissions to those that are not currently employed for our company so thats why we have the waiver in place.
