For the initial interview, Care Hospice used Spark Hire to set up a one-way video interview. This was very simple and took the edge off Zoom style videos. I was given a deadline to have the video complete and uploaded. As with any interview, there were questions presented where the system gave "thinking time", and "answer time". Similar to voice mail systems, each question had a number of retakes in which to re-record your answer. This was an excellent deviation from the standard Zoom first introduction.
