The interview process started out as strange. They asked to record the phone screen and I inquired as to why they wanted to record and the recruiter stated it was to "share with the managers". Was invited to a large group interview which was also recorded. Did not feel comfortable doing so, but I felt like if I didn't say yes, it would have hurt my chances of moving foward in the application process. I followed up with the recruiter and she stated that they would reach out to me soon as they were finishing up panel interviews and the ghosted me. As someone who works in HR, this really makes a really bad candidate experience.
