Overall, the interview process was straightforward. Everyone I interviewed with was super friendly and professional. Ultimately, I chose not to move forward because the pay is very low, the commission structure is unclear, and they state up front that you have only eight weeks to prove yourself or risk termination. On top of that, they require your camera to stay on the ENTIRE time you’re working remotely, which felt like micromanagement. I decided to look elsewhere.
