They did an initial phone screen with HR and then brought me in for an interview actually four different interviews with about eight different people took about half a day. I got a poor impression from interviewing with upper management but lower-level employees seemed great. Things got weird after the interview initially they wanted my college transcripts from 10 years ago. Then they wanted me to provide copies from my current work of different things I written. The request was very unethical because my work contains PHI and I cannot share my current companies work with another company so they can use it.
