online recruiter contacted. Then short meetings with the group and then follow up with the team and then move to quick CEO sync. That was all done quickly and then an offer was submitted shortly there after through the recruiter which was accepted

I applied via LinkedIn. The recruiter reached out to me. It’s an external recruiter which was really nice and said I should at least get an interview with the hiring manager and that I was going to be recommended for two positions. One as the manager of technical support and another one as a technical support manager (front line) which I had no issues with being one or the other despite me working as a manager for the last 7 years at least.
When I followed up, the recruiter mentioned the hiring manager didn’t want to move forward. I was surprised because I was applying for a position not only I was qualified for but I had done on a bigger scale at a much much bigger company a few years back. I did ask the recruiter if there was something I could do differently going forward as I was a bit surprised. The recruiter mentioned that the hiring manager wanted someone with more experience. I was taken aback as I clearly had experience. And because this was on LinkedIn I checked who the hiring manager was and she didn’t even have the experience I have. Not bad she worked in the big companies I’d worked for before.
Then I came to read the reviews here and somehow it all makes sense with the comments about management and them not knowing what they’re doing. In any case … it feels like I dodged a bullet. I wouldn’t reapply to work here.

The interview was about 30 minutes long and the employers did not ask too many technical questions. The questions were mostly behavioral as the position was at an internship level.
