Great company but typical blues corporate culture, one can understand easily how process oriented the organization was. Multiple interviews in one day, most were group level sessions. Lot of questions about previous jobs and roles to get a sense if there was a good fit. No case study but they were expecting very detailed answers to most questions. High number of questions about how do you do X and what is your experience regarding Y, how/why are you different, how did you solve conflicts, etc.
