It was smooth, not difficult. Quick conversation about myself, my experience with working with children. It didn't take more than 30 minutes and went online. After that I received a call shortly regarding necessary documents.

Staightforward, professional, and on point. Interview is by phone at the moment due to the virus. They inform you in advance and give you adequate time to prepare (a week+). If you have good qualifications, they will invite you to an interview quickly and without problems.
