Had a phone screen with hr recruiter. At first she was responsive and eager to get the process started. They scheduled and held an in-depth phone interview that seemed positive. Received a call back from the recruiter inviting me to an in person interview with a set of times available in the invitation. I confirmed the time and waited for a response. Tried reaching out multiple times without a direct response. I was left in the dark about whether the interview was set or not and decided to show up to the requested time in case it was scheduled. It was better than risking not showing up if someone was waiting but it appeared that the recruiter decided to completely ignore my inquiries and never scheduled the interview. I waited for 45 minutes until they tried to figure out whether or not someone can make time for a 30 minute interview instead of just telling me the position closed right off the bat and not waste my time. Overall, pretty shocked that I didn’t even get an apology follow up email after such an unprofessional experience. Shows a lot about how little respect this company has for people and I’m glad I dodged a bullet. Be weary of their business practices.
