It was standard, starting with a code challenge and then a round of manager review.
Clear career path, sadly, due to the merger with Monster, not so many opportunities for growing.

Entrevista
First round was an HR-cum-technical discussion via Zoom, which lasted for about 1 hour. They got back to me after about a week. The second was a Panel discussion in their office premises, which was a purely technical round based on JS(ES5, ES6, Angular, node.js, HTML, CSS, Algos). I got the reply next week about the shortlisting. Then the next was a HR round which was more of a salary and cultural fit based discussion. It took another week before the offer letter was rolled out.
