Hyderabad ORR Legato office: The worst TAG HR recruitment team and interview planning. Today they called us(around 20 experienced IT professionals) for interview @ 10 AM and made us wait outside security check(literally on the road)till 12 PM. The HR/recruitment team didn't respond to our calls/emails and most of the interview candidates left back from the outside security check. Even the security persons also rudely asked everyone of the interview candidates to leave the premises and wait on the road literally even though they have enough vacant seats at the entrance security office. On seeing this kind of negative/unethical/rude reception from the Legato recruitment team and other staff, most of the interview candidates left the premises even without attending the interview. After 2 hours the recruitment team informed the security to allow inside the entrance security premises. Even though when we raised these concerns/unprofessional behavior of the recruitment team to the senior management, they didn't even bothered our concerns and didn't listen to the issues. Finally everyone vexed up with the kind of reception we got from the HR & Recruitment team and left the Legato office premise without even considering to attend the interview. Please don't waste you time and efforts to attend the interview at Legato. The recruitment team are unprofessional persons without any interview planning knowledge.
