Interview process is very worst. After clearing first round HR will get back to you after 1 or 2 month to schedule 2nd round. After clearing All rounds HR will not get back with offer letter after HR discussion

Worst experience ever. Let me share my interview experience in details. It was a schedule interview in weekdays but after reached there I felt like it's walking interview.there were so many people. The process is worst. After waiting long time finally one person came and took my resume.and after 1hr they called me for interview. There were two people was taking my interview. And must funny and unprofessional thing is one person standing and one person sitting.and they started asking me 4 to 5 manual questions. Process like this..no single question asked from automation or Java .after 15 to 20 mins they asked me in outside.and after 1hr they told me to leave for the day. They don't value your time.if any one not cleared the round why they keep waiting candidate so long time.and if interviewer don't know automation then why they are taking interview. Guys don't go for automation profile.these people will waste your time as well as money.and one more serious thing here is, my resume contains more skill as compared to their job requirements but they didn't asked a single proper question. and I saw one of beautiful girl selected by those panel where I have given my interview.and that girl even don't know which framework they are using also she didn't work in automation profile. as I got to know by simple casual conversation. Ok finally I waste my day here.worat experience ever . Worst process by hr team. Will Never recommended anyone to go for automation profile.
