Entrevista
Two interviews. A short test is to be done on the first interview. You will first go to their head office, if they are impressed they will pass your application along to the appropriate manager at any of there carewest locations.

what would you do if you saw a health care aide performing a lift/transfer by themselves? (two people are ALWAYS required when lift and transferring)
