Interviewing with BlueCargo was the most unprofessional experience I have ever encountered. I advanced to the final round and was asked to prepare an assignment. The final interview was rescheduled THREE times. I had to reach out to the interviewer the first two times because he was a no show on the zoom meetings. I received a call before the third meeting notifying me that they were “going to do something else”. I don’t have a problem with not being the candidate of choice, but what I do take issue with is wasting someone’s time and stringing them along after the investment that they’ve made in the process.

Entrevista
Received an email asking for a phone interview. The person was very nice and agreeable. Interview is very standard, run over your resume, what are you experiences etc. Everything was great up until the handling of process after the call. I was told i would hear news within a specific day, that day came and nothing. I then received an email saying sorry they missed the interview and if i could reschedule. I emailed them asking what they meant since we already had an interview. No response. Emailed again, no response. A few days later I received a rejection email. It was confusing and annoying that I prepped for the interview, did my homework, only to get the wrong email sent to me and no clarification. For all i know they could have messed up the paperwork.
