Good interview, very respectful interviewer. Trying to find a common ground before interview. The interview has relevant questions and it was very straight forward. Not intimidating at all. Looking forward to getting a job offer. The interviewer was enthusiastic.

Phone screen, then virtual Interview, then in person interview with hiring manager. After the hour interview with the hiring manager, you are basically held hostage in a boardroom, while one person after the other came in to ask questions for the next hour and a half, which makes you feel that you will receive an offer. After hearing nothing, you reach out to the recruiter, who tells you that they have not heard anything from management, then nothing, no response, no rejection, you are just left in limbo, wondering what went wrong, or whether you are still being considered for the role.
