Have you ever been in a situation where the customer was very upset and voiced their opinion? If so, how did you handle that situation?

Entrevista
I was interviewed twice. Once by the GM of the store I would be working at, and once by another GM from the same district. Both interviews were relatively easy. The first interview was primarily about my resumé, the second interview was mainly about who I am as a person.
There was a brief phone interview initially. The in-person interview was about a week later. very friendly. Process was quick Offer was made shortly after. The interviewer was friendly and honest about the role.
