The phone interview was very good and the interviewer showed interest my profile. I was invited for an in-person interview the next day and my first impression changed. The interviewer was just asking questions already in my resume and had actually just printed it when I arrived! He didn't show any interest and seemed bored so I didn't even try to sell myself more. What's worse is that the obnoxious guy even asked me if I completed my graduate degree as if disparaging me. After around 10 minutes, another guy came in. He was more pleasant but asked roughly similar questions. The first guy being so bored even excused himself out as if he couldn't wait another 5 minutes to finish the interview process. I emailed the lady that interviewed me over the phone after a few days to ask some feedbacks but never responded. Full of unprofessional people.
