1. I emailed Carl Fischer directly.
2. They responded and we scheduled a phone interview that dove straight into marketing questions beyond a typical intro call.
3. Then I interviewed in their office the next day for about 2-3 hours. I met with all the team members. There were more marketing-specific questions and music-related questions with the Director. The following conversations with the other team members were more casual.
4. Then there was a final Skype call with their CEO that lasted about 30 minutes.
All of the NY employees were gracious, kind, energetic, and intelligent. They talked about work-life balance and offered some nice benefits. It seemed like a wonderful place to work!
