The interview process had 3 rounds but it was quick and easy. First round was interview with recruiter where they checked if my work experience matches their requirement. Second was on call interview with the hiring manager and QA Manager where they asked some backend technical questions. Last round was a in person interview with QA Director and Sr. QA Manager where they asked about my background and took a SQL test. The entire process took around a week and results were shared soon.

There seems to be a disconnect between HR’s interpretation of the role and the actual work. If they spoke directly with the person doing the job, I think the experience expectations would be very different
