I was recruited through Morgan Stephens to interview with Carnegie Institution for Science for the position. I interviewed by phone with Morgan Stephens staff first. They checked my references and sent my application packet with their recommendation to Carnegie Institution. I interviewed with a panel of three for an hour. I returned later for a second interview and campus tour. Following the successful completion of my background check, I was offered the position.
