(The Drum) First stage was a phone screen by the person leaving the position, which turned out not to be very thorough. The second round was a video call which was full of so many red flags about their culture including low NPS scores, poor engagement overall and no budget for the HR team. Could not give me any tangible examples of their culture. Sounds like a sinking ship.

Quick but didn’t allow a lot of communication about the position day to day operations. Or expectation of job title was missing. Would of been nice to have more details
