Applied online. Received call back the next day, a Sunday, requesting an interview that same day. Agreed to interview and showed up 15 minutes early (at restaurant). I was instructed to wait for the "bar manager" for a few minutes at the bar rail. I waited 40 minutes for him and then we went into a quiet area of dining room / patio to interview. I was asked general questions as I had been new to the area, some about that as well. I was offered a position and told to expect a call back in 3 days (Wednesday). Never received the call so I contacted the restaurant and asked for that manager by name. He was not in so a message was taken. I did not hear back.
