It was very inappropriate and awkward interview for me as I have never answered such questions in an interview before. Questions were very personal and intrusive. As a Indian woman I am very sorry that such things happen here in Australia as I thought women were treated differently here than 3 world countries. I don't see why my husband's job has to do with me applying for a job there, I don't see what my parents do in India is relevant to these people here. I needed the job but I think they wanted someone desperate for this job. They asked me if I was planning a pregnancy any time soon as they wouldn't want to waste time with someone who would get pregnant as soon as she is employed. They told me this because I asked them why this information is important. I worked there for a while but the experience wasn't pleasant at all. They are very strict with their employees and it just creates a very fearful environment. I guess everyone they hire are desperate so it works out well for them.
