It was a multi-step process starting with a "getting to know you" meeting where the position was laid out in detail. There was opportunity to ask questions and have open communication around expectations. A follow up meeting and then a final in person interview occurred.

The people that supposed to interview me cancelled once and reschedule twice There was this woman visibly angry acting with a lot of contempt kind of doubtful of my credentials The 2 other people were late They did all of the talk and I asked the questions The woman left the interview early she really makes a point of her busy schedule it seems she has a management problem The one gentleman also left early and the last one told me they will get back to me Minutes after another woman called and asked quote “ what did you tell the principals about your salary, I am the person preparing the offer but they never tell me anything” The Weirdest interview ever They don’t seem to hold their selves together claiming how busy they are They were simply unprofessional
