Well, the interviewer sure loved making it seem like I have no relevant experience or knowledge of dementia. (I have a post-graduate degree in assisted living administration and tons of activities/administrative experience in assisted living if that tells you anything.) Every response I provided, she would make a comment essentially saying I was wrong. She then said she was going out of town, so she would get back to me when she gets back. Why would you have an interview right before you go on vacation?
