The first step of their interview process is really interesting. One of the more unique aspects I've ever had. Major kudos to them for that. I made it through that first round and went in for my interview. It was all very basic stuff: tell us about your background, projects you've built, etc. I didn't get to learn too much about them other than the fact that their office is very noisy, so if you need to focus on your work this might not be the place for you. I thought the interview went pretty well, but in the end I didn't get any follow-up from them, not even a rejection. It wasn't a fit in either direction, but I was pretty disappointed by how seemingly disorganized they were that they didn't both with a rejection. A couple months later I learned that someone I knew casually had gotten the job. Hearing from him, I was even happier that it wasn't a fit, as I learned the salary was (in the words of a mentor) "offensively low." Keep that in mind before you interview.
