I applied to an Assistant planner job in July and had been interviewing for the position since early August. The position was described as an introduction to the planning world, and I came with previous allocation experience and a little planning experience. Went through 6 interviews with different managers/HR/team etc and was ghosted. Process extremely drawn out and unprofessional. I understand ghosting is a trend in the market but going silent after 6 interviews is unacceptable.
