Applied for position on line and was contacted by HR about a week or two later in which a phone interview was scheduled. HR never called me for my phone interview so I emailed and called and finally got a response. Apparently, HR forgot they scheduled an interview with me and forgot to mark it on their calendar. Interview was rescheduled and HR was late calling me. I thought the interview went well but apparently I was wrong. After three weeks of not hearing back from them I finally got a the HR manager on the phone where she told me she forgot to get back to me and that they were moving on to another candidate. Very inconsiderate and rude.
