It was very conversational, not intimidating at all. The person who was interviewing me was the manager of the store and told me what the job consists of. I submitted an application online and then the hiring manager called me to set up an interview.
Store manager will ask basic interview questions, usually very relaxed and only takes about 15-20 minutes. You also have an opportunity to ask your own questions at the end of the interview.

Entrevista
Brings you into a back room, asks standard questions, and tells you they will get back to you. Standard stuff, mainly about availability. May ask you several questions making you recount a previous experience.
The interview was very laid-back and an overall enjoyable experience. The questions were mainly about who I am, how I would react to certain situations, and availability. The interview was overall pleasant.
