Was very short with minimal questions and allowed you to share more personality then work ethics. Was a two step interview and did not pay very well. Was also in a inconvenient location

20 minute interview, asked me questions about how I would handle certain situations. Asked me how I feel like my previous experience will correlate to the job. Super quick and easy. Was told I got the job the same day.
