I submitted my application and did not hear back from a hiring recruiter until about 2-3 weeks later which surprised me a bit. From there, I had 1 phone screening, a zoom interview with the manager I'll be working under, an interview with the team members, and the VP of my department. Everyone was very kind and informative. After about 2 weeks of interviews, I was offered the position.
