HR round followed up by an Assessment after which there was radio silence for three weeks. Followed up just to be told hiring manager did not want to proceed. Why make people go through hoops and waste previous time on random tests if the hiring manager has other ideas?! No respect for people' time and effort and zero communication skills by HR.
