Foram feitas duas entrevistas: a apresentação de um caso em grupo (proposto e elaborado na hora) e uma entrevista com os gestores da vaga (etapa final). Foi um processo menos burocrático que o da maioria e também mais interativo. Apesar de ter avançado até a última fase, não recebi nenhum tipo de retorno formal após a minha participação, por isso a avaliação neutra.

Follow up interview with lead management and option of third interview with senior leadership (VP level). Interview very structured and based on pre-determined questions mostly experiential and/or situational with shared reading of questions between interviewers. Required responses were not necessarily allied to the job process being interviewed for.
