Co-owner was late for interview. Dressed in what would not be considered as professional. No behavioral questions. More of a "get a feeling for you". Constant interruptions form cell phone and text messages. Second interview very professional from current trainer. Non-disclosure agreement and employment contracts are extremely long and ambiguous.
