Pretty standard FMCG process, had an assessment in which I ran against 2 internal candidates, and interviews with HR + hiring manager, VP of marketing and GM.
The process started off fast but then slowed down from stage to stage

They asked about specific stuff for the position and in particular I had to name a brand which I admired and a campaign I liked and explain why I liked it.
