about average. definately go to the interview and be prepared to answer questions. Questions could include standard maintenance practices needed to perform the job. Attend the interview clean cut and observe good hygene practices. nothing wild and fancy.
On a scale of one to 5, I would rate their interview as a 3 in difficulty. Be prepared to present yourself personably. One key element during the job interview is answering pointed questions on your ability to do the major job duties in solving maintnence tasks.
