Initial phone screen by recruiter, then a personality assessment, then a phone interview, then I had a face to face with the hiring mgr. I was told he would follow up within a week, and never received anything.
It was an amazing experience from start to finish. The people were great and I got a tour of the plant which gave me a great appreciation of the operation.
