very consuming. process was too strenuous. a lot high hopes for no reason. communication is lacking. you constantly have to keep checking in. it's not worth it. so many interviews yet so inconsiderate of people's time. gotta be careful with these organizations. some of them are just unorganized

Entrevista
Rather intensive screening process: submitted application to recruiter; phone conversation with recruiter; second phone conversation with another member of the recruiting team; in-person interview with panel of staff members; and, finally, in-person interview with senior staff. I‘m old school: if you make it to an in-person interview, you should at least get a call back on the disposition of the position. Even if the search is ongoing. The company is heavily focused on using social media to convey its philanthropic message and activities; anyone interested in a position – even an administrative one – with the organization should be very well versed on social networking.
