Initial call with HR, fairly straightforward. They asked about your experience and determine if it matches the job posting. Technical Interview: Tell us what this code does when it runs? What is the run time? Technical Question: is palindrome?

I applied on Indeed and after a short while a recruiter from i-Sight reached out to me. She was very friendly and she spoke about the role to see if I was interested. After a couple of days, she got back to me and we set up a time and date for a technical interview. Very nice people as well! They asked about my background and also asked some general technical questions. After that we moved on to the technical challenge which consisted of two algorithm questions. Their goal here is to see how you think while coding out a problem. I found it best to come up with naive solutions and refactor where needed, all while talking through the problem if possible. After that, I got an email from them the same day to schedule a meeting with the CTO and director of HR. Both were awesome people. They mainly went over the role in detail to see if it would be a right fit for both me and the company. After that, I had a shadow day for two hours with the people who did the technical interview. It was awesome to get to see what they do and it was definitely interesting. After that, a couple of days later they came up with an offer. Overall it was such a wonderful experience. Everyone I met at i-Sight was super down to Earth and friendly. Great process overall and you get to meet a lot of people from a lot of different positions in the company.
