I was contacted by a recruiter in February 2026 to set up the initial phone screen. I prepared and was ready for the phone call. The interviewer seemed distracted and unprepared. She asked generic questions and did not seem interested. I answered the questions well and am overqualified for the position. I was then ghosted. I sent a thank you email after the call but have not gotten any response in over a month. No rejection email even. Very unprofessional with no feedback and ghosting.

Not a great experience. Initially a recruiter called me and schedule first round of interviews with team member.
It was good and straight forward and then they scheduled 2 round with the manager where he didn’t join and scheduled for some other day. The other day the manager showed up just to tell me that he was busy with some incident and they had to again reschedule it.
After 2 weeks I got an email saying that they are proceeding with some other candidate.

Entrevista
I had a very disappointing experience during the interview process. Communication was unclear, and the interaction lacked empathy and openness. The recruiter seemed impatient and did not create a space for dialogue. Only a couple of unclear questions were asked, and the call ended abruptly without providing any information about the role, responsibilities, salary range, or the next steps.
I understand that processes vary and everyone can have off days, but the interaction did not reflect a professional or considerate candidate experience. I hope the company reviews its interview approach to ensure more clarity, active listening, and respectful communication.
