I missed a call from this company a day or 2 after applying in regards to a phone interview. I called back every day for nearly 2 weeks before ever getting in contact with her again. When I did, she did a phone interview with me and made me feel like I’d be a great fit for the position then invited me for a second interview at the corporate office. When I came to that interview, the receptionist didn’t acknowledge me and I overall just felt unwelcome by them. My interview was basically the same general questions asked over the phone, she said she liked me and I’d hear something back in a week. I never heard anything back at all following that. I would’ve at least appreciated an email letting me know I wasn’t selected
