Very easy general question giving them a better understanding of the type of person you are and how you are able to stay positive and provide great customer service in possibly difficult situations involving angry costumers and appropriate actions to take

Describe a situation in which you had to over come an obstacle that involved a rude or angry person, how did you react and resolve the issue if so?

Entrevista
It was simple. Did a phone interview then a walk through with the store manager and then they gave me my schedule. Went over all the paperwork on my first day and watched videos with an easy quiz after each one.

Sit-down, quick thirty minute interview, always looking to hire people there. Generic interview questions about character, nothing too complicated. Offered me a job immediately after the interview as well, just breathe and it will be fine.

I filled out an application online. They called me in a couple days, think I could have had the job but it was when covid was first starting and I wan't really sure I wanted it all that much.
