It was a hiring event where you walked in. They had us go to the back to answer a few questions, then got hired on the spot. It was one of the easiest interviews I had ever gone to that just went through some basic questions.

Quick and painless. The interviewer was very pleasant, and knowledgeable on the job at hand. The store was clean and I could tell the the team is ran very well.
not very productive, interviewer never really answered any questions. never talked about advancement, or work life balance. not sure that even if they had answered that would have considered a position there.
